• Nationals from ECOWAS Member States (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo) and from WAEMU (Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo), and from Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Cameroon do not need visa to visit Mali.

• The entrance visa to Mali will be delivered by the Malian Embassy or Consulate in the countries where they exist. Please request an invitation letter from AFSTA Secretariat to complete your visa application file.

• The visa can be delivered at Senou international airport in Bamako for delegates from countries that do not have a Malian Embassy or Consulate and need to have an entrance visa. To do so, delegates are requested to kindly send the following items to the National Organizing Committee (NOC) of AFSTA Congress 2010 by electronic mail in scanned version to senghor@afsta.org with copy to afsta@afsta.org:

• Copy of the first page of the Passport (where the photo is). Passport must be valid for  least 3 months after your return date from Bamako
• An application form duly filled

Upon reception of these above items, the NOC will send a letter of Visa attestation to the Delegates so that they can board the plane. On their arrival at Senou International airport, delegates must bring with them the following items:

• Passport valid at least 3 months after the return date from Bamako
• Four (4) passport size colored photographs
• CFA Francs 15,200 (approximately US$ 34 or Euros 24) for entrance visa fee
• Valid vaccination card for yellow fever

Visa will be issued at Senou international airport by presenting the letter of visa attestation and the above mentioned items.
