STAK is run by an Executive Committee that is elected every two years during an Annual General Meeting. The current Executive Committee comprises:

2. Mr. Charles Mulinge - Vice Chairman - Farmchem Seedlinks Ltd

3. Mr. Azariah Soi - Secretary - Simlaw Seeds

4. Mr. George Onyango - Otieno Committee Member - AgriSeedCo Ltd

5. Capt. J. Gichanga Karanja - Committee Member - Freshco Kenya Ltd

6. Mr. Hosea K. Sitienei - Committee Member - Kenya Seed Company Ltd

7. Mr. David Francombe - Committee Member - Olerai Ltd

8. Mr. Ian Allen - Committee Member - Kenya Highland Seed Co.

Mr. Obongo Nyachae is the Executive Officer, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Association.

STAK members are governed by a Code of Ethics and Practice, which became operational from October, 2007. The code binds members to good seed trade practices.
