Information on Exhibition booths

The AFSTA Exhibition booths provide an excellent and effective opportunity for companies to promote their goods and services to Congress delegates.    
AFSTA members and Non-members can book exhibition booths when registering for the Congress.

Booth personnel/attendant have access ONLY to the Exhibition area, coffee and tea breaks & lunches (1-3 March 2022), Welcome Cocktail, Opening Ceremony and Gala dinner. Note that an exhibition booth can only have a maximum of two exhibition booth staff.

NB: The booth staff/attendant are NOT allowed into the ASFTA plenary sessions and Trading rooms.

Exhibition locations and prices

The number of Exhibition booths available are limited and allocation of space will be done on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

The price for one Exhibit Booth of 3x2m is US$ 1,200

Exhibitors are responsible for their own property/equipment though some security from the hotel will be available at night in the Exhibition area.

Equipment

  • The dimension of the Exhibition Booth 3m length x 2m depth (6m2) with a height of 2.5m
  • Shell scheme panels (one back wall and two side walls)
  • Spotlight
  • One table, two chairs
  • Fascia header with Company Name
  • 1 Electrical connection with socket

Setup Time

Please note that the booths will only be accessible on Monday 28th February 2022 at 1500hrs. Note that on  Wednesday 2nd March 2022 the booths will be closed from 0800 – 1100hrs for the opening ceremony. Also note that the Booths will be dismantled by the supplier on 3rd March 2022 at 1700hrs. Ensure that you remove your equipment/materials, advertisements, etc. by this time 1700hrs.
