Covid-19 conditions of entry into Tunisia

COVID19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO TUNISIA WITH EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY 1^ST DECEMBER 2021

All travelers to Tunisia must: have:

1-  A VACCINATION PASSPORT OR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE AGAINST THE SARS-COV-2 VIRUS (COVID):

🔹 For foreigners who are not residents of Tunisia and who are over 18 years old:

It is compulsory to present a vaccination passport or a certificate proving the completion of the vaccination schedule against the SARS-COV-2 virus for at least 28 days for the “JANSSEN” vaccine and 14 days for the other vaccines.

This condition is essential for the acceptance of these passengers on board flights to Tunisia.

🔹 For Tunisians or foreigners residing in Tunisia:

–        Those who have completed the vaccination schedule against the SARS-COV2 virus:

• It is compulsory to present a vaccination passport or a certificate proving the completion of the vaccination schedule against the SAR S-CO V-2 virus for at least 28 days for the “ JANSSEN ” vaccine and 14 days for the other vaccines ;

–        Those who have not completed the vaccination schedule against the SARS-COV-2 virus:

• To undergo a compulsory confinement for a period of ten days from the date of arrival at one of the centers confirming mandatory in the list on the following link 👉 https://www.ontt.tn/ar / blaghat the expense of the passenger;
• Perform an RT-PCR test within the last 24 hours of the mandatory confinement period, provided that the test result is issued on the tenth day of the mandatory confinement. If this test is negative and at the end of the entire period of compulsory confinement (10 days), exit from the compulsory confinement center will be authorized. If the test is positive, the passenger concerned will be transferred to the isolation center for carriers of the virus, at the expense of the concerned passenger; 
• Present at check-in at the airport of departure, the reservation document and the payment confirmation (voucher), which must include; 
  • Transfer costs between the airport and the compulsory confinement center; 
  • Accommodation costs for ten days in the compulsory confinement center; 
  • The cost of the RT-PCR test to be performed during the last 24 hours of compulsory confinement.

🔺 Otherwise, the passenger will be refused check-in

• Those exempt from compulsory confinement

• Passengers who have completed the SARS-COV-2 vaccine schedule for at least 28 days for the “JANSSEN” vaccine and 14 days for other SARS-COV-2 virus vaccines on condition of presenting a certificate issued to this effect; 
• Unaccompanied minors (under 18) or minors accompanying people vaccinated against the SARS-COV-2 virus, with the obligation to comply with self-containment for a period of 10 days; 
• Diplomats accredited to Tunisia and members of their families residing in Tunisia, on condition that they present at registration, the diplomatic passport a verbal note from the Embassy or organization concerned with all the necessary information or their cards. residence in Tunisia in force with the obligation to comply with the ten-day self-confinement. 

2-  NEGATIVE CERTIFICATE OF RT-PCR TEST:

All passengers over 6 years of age must present a negative PCR test certificate upon check-in. The date of completion does not exceed 48 hours upon check-in.
