CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration is FINAL and NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation (s). Substitutions for delegates who cancel are acceptable, provided that such notification is confirmed in writing and sent to AFSTA Secretariat preferably by E-mail by attaching a scanned soft copy of the request to the E-mail address: afsta@afsta.org or congress@afsta.org .
DISCLAIMER
Please note that in the event that the congress and related pre- and post-congress meetings are cancelled by the organizers in case of Force Majeure, as defined under the “ICC Force Majeure Clause”; the registration fee and any other service ordered through the registration will not be refunded. AFSTA and the organizers will endeavour to assist you in minimizing the consequences of such cancellation. Nevertheless, you may wish to insure yourself directly against such a risk.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Neither the Organizers nor the NOC and AFSTA Congress Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Congress. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
By submitting your registration, you declare “you have read and agree to the above”: registration, participation and cancellation policies, the disclaimer, the insurance and the liability statements as they appear on the above paragraphs.
COVID-19
AFSTA has ensured that the venue is compliant with the COVID-19 restrictions and protocols and the safety of the delegates is our top priority.
If in any case of cancellation or postponement of the congress 2025 due to Covid-19 restrictions measures in Kenya, Delegates may either make a formal request AFSTA to hold the amount till the next confirmed date of the next congress or request formally for a refund of the Congress Fee less US$ 50 processing fees.
