Please note that an exhibition booth can\u00a0<strong>only<\/strong>\u00a0have a maximum of two exhibition booth staff.\n\n<strong>NB: The booth staff\/attendant are NOT allowed into the AFSTA plenary sessions\u00a0and Trading rooms.<\/strong>\n\n<strong>Exhibition locations and prices<\/strong>\n\nThe number of Exhibition booths available are limited and allocation of space will be done on a \u201cfirst-come, first-served\u201d basis.\n\nPlease click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afsta.org\/congress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Booth-2025.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a>\u00a0for the Map of the Exhibition Booth.\n\n<strong>The price for one Exhibit Booth of 3m x<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>2<\/strong><strong>m is US$ 1,230<\/strong>\n\nExhibitors are responsible for their own property\/equipment though some security from the hotel will be available at night in the Exhibition area.\n\n<strong>Equipment<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>The dimension of the Exhibition Booth 3 m length x 2 m depth (6m<sup>2<\/sup>) with a height of 2.5m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Shell scheme panels (one back wall and two side walls)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Spotlight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>One table with two chairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Fascia header with Organization Name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>One electrical connection with socket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Setup Time<\/strong>\n\nPlease note that the booths will only be\u00a0<strong>accessible<\/strong> on Sunday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> March 2025 at 15:30hrs.\n\nPlease note that on\u00a0 Monday 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0March 2025, the booths will be <strong>closed<\/strong>\u00a0during the official opening ceremony.\n\nThe booths will be\u00a0<strong>dismantled<\/strong> by the supplier on 5<sup>th<\/sup> March 2025 at 16:000hrs.
