I. AFSTA Strategy 3.0 – Unique Value Proposition Statement: “Enhancing Quality Seed Trade Across Africa”

The unique value proposition statement for the coming strategic term seeks to reinforce the coordinated advancement of quality seed across the continent. Members, national societies, traders, and operators remain the backbone of AFSTA as an organization. AFSTA will continue to provide both tangible and intangible benefits that enhance market access, sector credibility, and sustainable business development. The association will position itself to address emerging challenges and strengthen Africa’s seed ecosystem.

The Theory of Change outlines the mechanisms that enable AFSTA to strengthen the interconnected seed ecosystem across Africa. It defines strategic activities, expected outputs, and intended outcomes that support a competitive and resilient seed market.
